Who’s Been Naughty and Nice in Travel This Year?

Consumer Reports has released it’s 2011 ‘Naughty and Nice’ list for businesses. Travelers will likely be saddened - but not surprised - to hear that airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and travel agents are completely absent from the ‘Nice’ side of things, but made up a third of the ‘Naughty’ list.
