Did you know that, among the many disgusting things one comes in contact with in a hotel room, the television remote is WAY up there? It makes sense when you think about it. We do not recommend thinking about it.
But germ-o-phobes rejoice! Thanks to LodgeNet, you can now control the tv in your hotel room from your very own phone. I tried it this weekend, and it worked like a charm.
Now, we can’t vouch for the cleanliness of your phone - but at least you know where those germs came from.

February 14th, 2012I have a confession to make… I come from a long line of geeks. My dad is a science geek, and my dating life featured comic book/sci-fi/gamer/movie geeks, and I married a music geek. (I probably qualify as a Muppet geek, but that’s not really a thing.)

The Best Airports for Not Flying

That said, when I was in college and regularly flying in and out of Pittsburgh Airport, the plethora of mall-stores and decent eateries made it a nice place to get bumped.
